Advisers have expertise in different areas and do research on facts and current data... They don't present "feelings".. Most all executives rely on such people.. How is it that you have lived so long and don't know that?

If you needed a hernia operation would you consult a physician or just do it yourself?

The transparency line was a killer. I think he showed them up ( Chuck especially ) as craven politicians-
only concerned with the optics of a shutdown -not the issue of border security

Their motives can range from ‘its not something they think they can hold power with’ to the more insidious ‘they WANT a porous border because it means more democrat votes in the long run’.

It’s an issue for those 63 million Trump voters, Frankie. They won’t go away even if Trump does. Democrats would do well to get serious about it instead of playing political games with it.

Nonsense. trump created the issue out of whole cloth. He needed a boogey man for the Jerry Springer crowd, and he found it.

Illegal immigration was at a low point when Obama left office. When trump was elected, many stopped trying to immigrate out of fear. Now that they know the blowhard is impotent, the levels of immigration returned to the low we saw under Obama.

It WAS "sent to the House" TWICE...and defeated both times. In the House of Representatives...where the Republicans had a substantial majority.

Trump does not have the votes...in either house of congress.

And Republicans have no idea of how to govern.

He looked stoned...and after listening to what "the boss" was saying, I am sure he wished he had been stoned.
