We're on a Politics Forum discussing Syria. You asked my view, I'm giving you my opinion. I think the US should stay and support the Democratic Federation of Northern Syria (Syrian land east of the Euphrates) as an autonomous region in Syria.
"The Democratic Federation of Northern Syria (DFNS), formerly and still commonly known as Rojava, is a de facto autonomous region in northern Syria. It consists of three self-governing regions:[5] Afrin Region, Jazira Region, and Euphrates Region.[6] The region gained its de facto autonomy in 2012[7] as part of the ongoing Rojava conflict and the wider Syrian Civil War.
