The postmark is added after the voter send it into the mail, so it cannot be caused by the voter. The election board does not know who the ballot will vote for until after they have seen that the USPS has done the postmark right. It is the USPS that does the postmark.

Bullshit. The ballots never have to hit a PO. They only need to show up where they are manipulated counted.

If there were significant numbers of ballots connected to people who did not vote, it would be easily caught. If ballots were not entering the system in the way they were supposed to, that would be noticed by the observers.

You have claim after claim, that all fall apart. First you claimed that postmark did not matter. Then you claimed for some reason voters were voting late, and hoping the postmark is smudged. Now you are claiming that somehow voters are bypassing the USPS, and adding smudged postmarks, or something?
