This isn't a trade deal...it's an agreement between Mexico and the US to negotiate a trade deal with Canada. But all would require all three nations to agree to abandon NAFTA, and there's no incentive for Canada or Mexico (really) to do so.

Like most of what Trump says, it's thin on facts and misrepresenting what transpired.
