Given that President Biden is our legally elected president, what would you prefer he do otherwise?

I see him handling the very delicate situation in a rather moderate fashion.

It is certainly not a case of inviting everyone nor opening the borders wide open.

He has only made the case that legal cases of asylum are recognized by the USA.

They all think they have a "bonified" asylum claim. But, if you look at asylum laws, economic hardship and facing criminal activity where you live do not qualify you for asylum. That means that virtually all of the population of countries from Mexico to Argentina don't qualify for asylum. But Biden told them to come anyway and they have.

Haitians don't qualify for asylum.

I would prefer that Biden uphold US immigration law in its entirety. He is not currently. He's not handling immigration in any sort of manner at all other than open borders. And, judging from polling, it is going to cost the Democrats big time in 2022. If things stay as they are right now I could see the Democrats losing 40 to 60 seats in the House and 5 to 8 in the Senate.
