Who owes reparations?

You're a liar and ignorant. Legal precedent exists for reparations; native nations people. American Japanese. I explained the process, you just don't like it.
Those are cases where the harms being given reparations for went to the people harmed not people generations removed from it. You can't grasp the difference.

You won't lift a finger or your voice to fight actual slavery - there are 50 million slaves in Africa today. You just scheme to try and get free money through some reparation fraud.

You pretend that slavery doesn't exist, cover it up because "multi-culturalism." But whine about people who have not been slaves for 160 years and live in the freest, most prosperous nation on earth.

You're a fraud, that goes without saying, but beyond that your craven hypocrisy props up actual slavery today.
Taichi simply wants money paid to one ethnicity by other ethnicities based on skin color. Slavery is simply a convenient buzz word to try and justify this transfer of wealth.

What is really hilarious in all of this is reparations of this sort wouldn't make a nickel's worth of difference. Giving money to the lazy and stupid doesn't suddenly make them smart and energetic. Instead, the money gets squandered and the smart and energetic end up with it right back in their pockets.

And STILL the slaves didnt get paid no matter what the fucking words mean.

I don't recall saying they did. Learn what words mean.

BTW, a key part of Special Field Orders, No. 15 (series 1865), a wartime order proclaimed by Union general William Tecumseh Sherman on January 16, 1865, during the American Civil War, alloted land to some freed families, in plots of land no larger than 40 acres (16 ha).

Sherman later ordered the army to lend mules for the agrarian reform effort.

The field orders followed a series of conversations between Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton and Republicans Charles Sumner and Thaddeus Stevens following disruptions to the institution of slavery.

They provided for the confiscation of 400,000 acres (160,000 ha) of land along the Atlantic coast of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and the dividing of it into parcels of not more than 40 acres (16 ha), on which were to be settled approximately 18,000 formerly enslaved families and other Negroes then living in the area.

In contrast, in the northern United States where free Negroes were able to acquire substantial real estate, the institution of slavery in the Democrat-dominated southern United States deprived multiple generations of Negroes of the opportunity to own property.

You will note that I refrained from characterizing these facts as "reparations".

The ONLY people who got money after Britain banned slavery was slave owners not slaves. Its a good lesson for the US

Yes. The compensatory payments were ruinously expensive. But they were in no sense of the word reparations.

The £20 million paid to slave owners under the Slavery Abolition Act 1833 (implemented via the Slave Compensation Act 1837) was a large fiscal event.

The sum equaled roughly 40% of the British government’s annual expenditure or tax receipts around 1833–1834 and about 5% of GDP.

It was the largest peacetime addition to the national debt until that point.

About £15 million was raised by a public loan in 1835 from a syndicate led by Nathan Mayer Rothschild and Moses Montefiore (the “West India Loan”); the remaining £5 million was issued as government stock (3.5% Reduced Annuities). Payments were administered through the Bank of England and the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt.

Britain already carried a very large Napoleonic War debt (on the order of £750 million). The new debt was placed at a modest interest rate (around 3.375%).

The loan was later rolled into consolidated gilts and, in a technical sense, fully extinguished only when remaining undated stock was redeemed in 2015. That long tail reflected the instrument used.

The 1833–1837 payments compensated registered owners for the legal loss of property when Parliament abolished slavery in most British colonies. The government treated enslaved people as assets whose value had been extinguished by statute, so it reimbursed the title-holders. The formerly enslaved received no money; they were instead placed under a multi-year unpaid “apprenticeship.”

That is the opposite of reparations mean: transfers to descendants of the enslaved (or to broader racial categories) as redress for historical wrongs.

The 1830s scheme was a property-compensation deal struck to get the West India interest to accept abolition, not a payment to the people who had been enslaved.

Ahh, our intellectually impotent maga mook does what he does best ... using childish memes when he can't logically or factually disprove something. I take you off of the ignore lista month from now, Stoney. Hopefully you'll grow tired of being a moronic maga troll by then.
Bye Beggar! You might have better luck if you are least offer to wash someones car windshield!

Like I said, the slave owners were the ones that got money.

He is just another street beggar looking for a handout. No shame or pride. People have had it with those types. They are far more likely to bite his hand off than to put any money in it, not even loose change.

Maybe Tacky can write a letter to Africa and find the Africans who conquered his forefathers, enslaved them ,and sold them like a like a pack of cigarettes at market and get some reparations from them? Good luck.......!! :ROFLMAO:

You have generations of Native Americans who were screwed over by the living on "reservations" that still exist today, or by the former "schools" run by various catholic groups that mentally, emotionally and sexually abused them...they didn't end until 1978. Jim Crow, the child of chattlel slavery, screwed (and killed) many a black folk until it's official end in 1968.

So yeah, we're not talking about stuff that went on a century or so ago. But I'm sure you'll just dismiss reality and maintain your myopic focus to sustain your bigotry. Carry on.

They don’t have to.

Those gay pedos abused children indiscriminately.
