Yup, just out jogging with boots on...PIC

Guns were not “drawn”.

If they were why wasn’t the perp shot at 20 feet away when he was running to attack them? Nor 10? Or 5 feet?

Nope. He was only shot after he attacked and was grappling for control of the gun. At that point, he was no longer “unarmed”.

BTW Eric Holder did not see 2 militant Black Panthers armed with rifles to be considered threatening or intimidating to voters on election day at a polling center.

Curosity. I've done it myself and others have also.

So you and they say.

If caught, you'd be liable. In the event a crime later occurred and your incursion was discovered, you'd be investigated. I'd enjoy sitting in on that. :burn:

The surveillor supposedly had evidence of several incursions and only turned it over after Arbery was killed?

Apparently nobody knew it was needed until Arbery assumed room temperature. The police and the DA's office had video and photos they gathered after Arbery was killed on Feb, 23, and they duly conveyed them to GBI last week.

I think the people here who are blaming the victim are talking out of their neither regions.

What you think is irrelevant. :D

:palm: Nobody knew it was needed? I guess that means that the guy who owned the video didn't think a crime was committed at the time it happened.

Burglaries and thefts of construction sites are common. People often target homes under construction in the hope of stealing appliances, lights and fixtures, and construction materials and tools. In many states, a person who burglarizes a house under construction can be convicted of burglary or, sometimes, trespassing. (Burglary involves entering without permission and with the intent to commit a crime, often theft, inside; trespassing is entry without consent.) Of course, a person who steals items from a construction site can also be convicted of and punished for theft. Occasionally, state law imposes increased penalties on thefts from construction sites.
