This time a north Miami Police Officer shot an unarmed black man lying on the ground with his hands up. In a cellphone video, the black man is seen lying on his back, arms extended and told the police that he was unarmed and that he was a therapist trying to help an autistic patient who had walked away from his group home. He also told the police that the autistic man only had a toy truck and was unarmed. An officer with a long rifle eventually fire three shots. One bullet hit the therapist in the leg. The police then handcuffed the victim and left him bleeding on the pavement for the twenty minutes that it took for an aid car to arrive.

Quick, find out if he has any prior arrests! Or perhaps an unflattering picture! Something, ANYTHING with which we can whitesplain this.
 
I'm sure the fact that he was a member of the Circle of Brotherhood qualifies him as an acceptable casualty. [/sarc]

but it's ok. the miami hero cop will be allowed to resign which will end any investigation and then he can be rehired or go work somewhere else.

It was the black man's own fault for not being armed.

I would like to hear more of this story but from the short video I saw WTF?!?!?! The autistic kid had the toy truck and the cop shoots the dude on the ground with his hands up?
 
No one knows what SWATING is? The erroneous 911 call that said the man had a gun set the scene and put the course of action into play. Dumb ass Cop is doing his job by ending the threat. Sure he fucked up, but it was a setup to be a fuckup.

No question any cop is put in a bad position when a false call of a gun being on scene is the instructions they are given.

But how difficult was it to see there wasn't a threat once the guys were on the ground?

This is horrendous, at least this time the cop admits he doesn't know why he shot him. This one will face charges.
