All 4 people submitted statements under penalty of perjury that they either did not know her or knew of no such party or were not there. These are the 4 that the FBI have gone to interview to be sure they have not change their story.

However, he wasn't under oath when he said it, he wasn't up for a USSCt position, and he didn't become violent/aggressive that we have ever heard about.

Unfortunately for your argument, the hearing was just a hearing -- not a criminal or even a civil trial. Her testimony under oath is indeed evidence, same as Kavanaugh's. Do you have any proof that he *didn't* drink, assault women, pass out, become violent/aggressive? Nope... just his testimony, which is contradicted by testimony of equal weight.

You can't have it both ways. If it's not a hearing then it's not evidence. If it is then the testimony is too old.

Most people found her testimony to be credible. And it only comes to look more so as additional information comes out that bolsters her characterization of Kavanaugh as a violent drunk -- like the recent release of the police report of his assault on a bar patron.
