There is no irony here. Someone who says they don't believe in God due to a lack of evidence is not in the same philosophical boat as someone who says they do believe in God even with no evidence.

Because they are so numerous, they can be cross checked for accuracy . . . and they are very consistent.

There are presently 5,686 Greek manuscripts in existence today for the New Testament.1 If we were to compare the number of New Testament manuscripts to other ancient writings, we find that the New Testament manuscripts far outweigh the others in quantity.2

One thing you will never be able to disregard is that one day EVERY KNEE WILL BOW EVERY TONGUE CONFESS JESUS AS LORD!
See God does not need you to believe for Him to exist.

Apparently, the world's four billion Hindus, Daoists, Jews, Buddhists, and Agnostics are all going to burn in hell.

Also destined to burn in hellish flames for eternity: children and babies who either don't know any better, or have been taught a non-Christian faith.

In another century, fundamentalist Christians would have considered Steven Hawking's disability to be a sign of punishment from God, and might have even burned him at the stake.


Is there any group of people on the planet that enjoys and revels in sado-masochism , punishment, and retribution more than evangelical Christians?

But there is evidence lol.

Design is apparent throughout all of nature. In fact, all forms of evolution are an attempt to account for *apparent* design either in biology or cosmology. The best evidence indicates the universe is finite and had a beginning. Anything that begins to exist necessitates a beginning.

Theists posit an eternal God that exists outside of space and time as the beginner. Hawking appeals to an infinite multiverse that gave birth to this one.

The former group has tidier logic. The logic is pretty compelling, in fact.
