Recall that they pulled Assange off the internet shortly after they established the Russian conspiracy narrative; namely, that it was Russia that hacked the DNC. Assange insisted it was a leak and not a hack. Recall that Mullet didn’t/wouldn’t interview Assange in spite of the fact Assange was a pivotal player in the whole thing.

It’s speculation, but I’ve long suspected this anti Trump conspiracy extends past the pond to the UK. Downer is connected to MI6 and he ‘randomly’[lol?] encounters Papadopoulos in a London bar and Papadopoulos *allegedly* tells Downer of the Russians having Clinton’s emails.

I’d say chances are good Assange is in for a lengthy stay at the hands of the Brits. But Barr should do everything in his power to get Assange here and offer him immunity for his testimony.

Why would Barr give Assange immunity? trump has made it very clear he knows nothing about Wikileaks and has no interest in knowing about it. So if trump doesn't care - why should Barr?

I have always wondered that. I would have though Assange would have been one of the first.

I also believe that he never interviewed that Russian lawyer broad Obama gave a visa waiver to and met with Glenn Simpson the day before and the day after she met with Trump Jr. I would have to double check that.

If he can prove they were leaked to him by someone other than a foreign actor, say someone inside the DNC then the entire premise of two years of investigations would be turned on its heads.

Obama, Brennan, Clapper et al would be disgraced. The US intelligence agencies that have been telling us for two years we “were hacked by Russia” would be disgraced. The entire democrat party and Democrat Party Media Industrial Complex would be ruined.
