So in retard land, where you reside, words are more threatening than being physically assaulted? One person used words. The other person committed an assault. Yes retard, shoving someone to the ground is assault, even if the person is exchanging words with your girlfriend. He didn't push the guy to the ground so he could leave. He did it because he was angry and he was also much bigger and stronger, so he felt he could. And why doesn't someone have a right to "approach" someone else? I think the jury got it right, he didn't need to shoot the guy. But that doesn't make the victim blameless.

Its easy to have an opinion on the topic when you're somewhere else and dont know the facts. Transcripts are way too expensive. Try the case of austin bodahl and daniel kelly. Kelly won in court. It cost him a whole sixty dollars and the prosecution its career.

Its not about an equal match of force. Men are innately weapons themselves and by the sounds of it the shooter felt he was being threatened by a weapon. You dont roll up on someone in a threatening manor. You're issuing a threat of consequences, you have to be prepared for consequences. He wasnt prepared, who was the noun you used. Junky nazi.

he walked out of the store to see some ASSHOLE MAN threatening his wife and children and blocking his access to his own vehicle

Where is your evidence that he was "threatening" and not merely "scolding"? Words have meaning, retard.
 
The murderer told the POLICE that the victim lunged at him right before he shot him

the man was backing away to HIS OWN CAR

the murderer was threatening this mans children, wife and vehicle


he had a right to protect his family and property
