'Hell, yes, we're going to take your AR-15, your AK-47' - Beto "Whitey" O'rourke

Didn’t like the truthful answer, did you bitch? :rofl2:

Let’s have more Wacos and Ruby Ridges and thin you ignorant cocksuckers out. Let’s start with your end of the country, pussyfart.

Where is that? Buttfuckville, USA? :rofl2:

You really want to start a war, don't you?

WRONG. Changing the Constitution is not interpreting it. It is CHANGING it. The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the Constitution. Neither to they have the authority to interpret it. See Article III of the Constitution of the United States.

No one said they were changing it, rather, they interpret what it means, did you actually think the Constitution was meant to stand just as it was written back in the 18th Century?

The Court determines what is constitutional and unconstitutional, and they have ruled guns can be regulated

Then overturn Marbury v Madison....

Right here, ignorant liar.

The late justice also more generally offered the belief that "like most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited." It is "not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose."

Additionally, Justice Scalia strongly suggested that his reading of the Second Amendment would still allow laws prohibiting felons from owning guns, prohibiting the carrying of firearms near schools and government buildings, and ”laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms.”

The only issue Heller ruled on was that you could have a loaded handgun in your home for self protection and that it is an individual right.

SCOTUS also upheld (not Heller) a ban on assault weapons in Connecticut after Sandy Hook.

Comprende dumbfuck?

Quotes from Heller. Checkmate

Neither Scalia nor the Supreme Court has the authority to change the Constitution.

The Court determines what is constitutional and unconstitutional, and they have ruled guns can be regulated

To argue the flip side, cite that authority given to the Court from the Constitution. You can't because it doesn't exist.

No one said they were changing it, rather, they interpret what it means,
Lie. Changing the Constitution is changing the Constitution. You can't couch it in lies.
did you actually think the Constitution was meant to stand just as it was written back in the 18th Century?
For what has not been amended, yes.
The Court determines what is constitutional and unconstitutional,
WRONG. The Court does not have authority to change the Constitution by line item veto!
and they have ruled guns can be regulated
The Court does not have authority to change the Constitution.

The Court does not have authority to change the Constitution.

Again, they are not changing the Constitution, don't know why you keep repeating that lie, rather interpreting it, they are not changing anything

And to make it even more relevant, show us verbatim where in the Second Amendment, the actual words, that anyone in America can own any kind of weapon they want without any restrictions.

Even the gun manufacturers advertising you are regurgitating is their interpretation on what the Amendmemt says, fortunately the definative interpretation is that of the Supreme Court, and they have ruled guns can be regulated

You are arguing a change in the Constitution by the Supreme Court. They do not have that authority.
And to make it even more relevant, show us verbatim where in the Second Amendment, the actual words, that anyone in America can own any kind of weapon they want without any restrictions.
There is no clause that specifies a weapon by type of brand. Nothing in Article I specifies a weapon by type or brand either.
Even the gun manufacturers advertising you are regurgitating is their interpretation on what the Amendmemt says, fortunately the definative interpretation is that of the Supreme Court, and they have ruled guns can be regulated
The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the constitution.
