The general said (what the article failed to emphasize) is that the malaria pill is a PREVENTATIVE ... and not a cure for those who have the plague. It's not like they haven't executed more targeted attacks on their people before, or that they won't do so in the future. This is just indicative of how much they value life.

Flynn is not hamstrung by the truth and facts. It gets a lot easier when you can spoon-feed rightys exactly what they want to hear. It does not have to be true. Flynn was a proven liar who admitted it in court. There is nothing that says he has not kept it up. He has Trumpian values, essentially none.
