who in the hell is pro-abortion, dumbass? but that is a good question.
fetuses should have the same rights as a kidney or liver. until they are alive. then they have human rights.
I wonder if the local atheist semite realizes that there are Jews who oppose abortion as well as Christians, atheists, Buddhists and Muslims.....Not everyone is a christer
Jewish law does not share the belief common among abortion opponents that life begins at conception, nor does it legally consider the fetus to be a full person deserving of protections equal those accorded to human beings. In Jewish law, a fetus attains the status of a full person only at birth. Sources in the Talmud indicate that prior to 40 days of gestation, the fetus has an even more limited legal status, with one Talmudic authority (Yevamot 69b) asserting that prior to 40 days the fetus is “mere water.” Elsewhere, the Talmud indicates that the ancient rabbis regarded a fetus as part of its mother throughout the pregnancy, dependent fully on her for its life — a view that echoes the position that women should be free to make decisions concerning their own bodies.
So, do you have the right to HARM a pre-viable baby?
In 2018, the Supreme Court ruled that the fetus' had a inherent constitutionally protected right is the right to be born
"who the hell is pro-abortion", some fucking idiot recently asked......
Can a mother (parent) be required to have a blood transfusion for her child if it will die without the transfusion even if it is against the religious beliefs of the parent?
Can the parent be required to get a vaccine shot for her child if there is danger it could catch the disease and die without the vaccine?
can a parent sacrifice a child to a virgin goat if that is what their religion says to do if the child is naughty?
Since I can't read any of the comments, here, I'll just continue to use this thread to call Clarence Thomas a tap dancing, watermelon eating Uncle Tom.
”Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother?

that fits nicely. well stated.
If the child is not sacrificed to a goat there is no harm to the child. If the child does not get a blood transfusion he will die.
Freedom of religion does not allow you to break secular laws unless there will be no harm if a person/group is exempted from that law. Exemptions from blood transfusion will result in harm to the child.
