In this case, the Supreme Court ruled that non-citizens who are not U.S. residents (even if they are physically in the U.S.) do not have full Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizure.

I know this is a difficult reality for being a 'REALLY SMART LIBTARD' that's smarter than I am, but sometimes reality is tough for simpletons. That doesn't mean you can't overcome your ignorance. A simple, 'I'm sorry, I was wrong.' would be a big first step.
