Now that they rigged Pratt out who wins?

"in April last year, one person and two companies in Belgium were convicted for evading customs duties on imported e-bikes from China.

The bikes were shipped in parts through the Port of Antwerp and assembled domestically. The convicted parties were fined more than €15 million and also required to repay €3.1 million in evaded taxes."

You mean to tell me that what you're talking about is EU governments claim they're owed money and people are not paying them? That's not corruption or waste. Corruption and waste happens when governments succeed in being organized crime organizations. Their failures spare deprivation of the people.

Well if that is widespread there is one reason Europe is doing better.

In the USA the primary method of government theft is money laundering through national debt, i.e. inflation. It can't be escaped or evaded.

Sorry I should be more clear.... Spelling does not interest me as long as the reader is intelligent to understand the meaning. And if the reader is not intelligent enough to understand, Then I also dont caer.

They achieved failure by overregulating, keep up. They achieved success by opening their markets. And defense has a ton to do with it. They spend the money they would need for defense on things like "free healthcare"... we subsidize their forays into what you call "successful" socialism.
Even if accurate, they still remain socialistic and still maintain a higher standard of living than we do, I don’t think most would label that as failure

Fair enough.

Separate Bernie question. You seem old school in the liking of the political parties and their power. What were your thoughts on Bernie taking on the DNC as an outsider? Good for the party or helped to weaken it?
Not necessarily “liking political parties” but see them as a check on the cult of personality

As for Bernie, both, hurts the party in the short run but makes it more of a big tent, one not confined by orthodox ideologies

Deflection, pointing out a possibility is not "making things up".

"making things up" is like saying that "only 35 ballots were questionable" in an audit and not giving a shit if a source can be found for that.
It was 37, not 35. Page 5 of the linked document below.

Our analysis found 37 instances where a voter may have unlawfully cast multiple ballots. We have forwarded these instancesto the Arizona Attorney General’s Office for further investigation. We also found 50 instances in which a ballot waspotentially double counted.

I will ignore your petty red herring beyond pointing out the fact that it is a red herring yes.
Pointing out your lack of intellectual curiosity isn't a red herring. It very likely contributes to your conspiratorial thinking, but not a red herring.
There is no technical or logical reason for data updates to be limited to any particular candidate even if there were a thousand.
Making things up again.

Anyone that has used technology knows that it glitches, lags, freezes, etc all the time. My work laptop shut down Chrome and Teams multiple times yesterday.
Oh, so it just happened the one time huh?
That's all I've heard about. I'm 99.99999% sure, given how many elections there are across the country and how much technology is involved, that it will happen again or, as happened in 2021, human error resulted in incorrect vote total being briefly reported on TV.

Again, perfectly normal events... if you're not a conspiracy theorist.
No wonder it stood out, and for good reason. Those mysterious computers *shrug* who can tell what goes on in them. Please return to your scheduled slavery citizens, nothing to see here.
Yep, it stood out because such glitches, latency and errors are uncommon. It's fuel for the conspiracy theorists fire.
That's the question.
Blockchain logs are your question. A lack of them doesn't change anything about election auditing, it's just one more notch in your conspiracy theorizing belt.
I don't even think I need to deny that anymore. Too many conspiracies confirmed.
Oh, really? Can you provide some examples? It sounds like you're ready to add this situation to your "confirmation list", despite the fact there's nothing out of the ordinary happening here.
The question isn't whether someone is a conspiracy theorist, it's whose analysis is better.
By "analysis" you mean "your ability to make up details to confirm what you want to believe because no part of Pratt's drop should be surprising given the party registration information and voting tendencies of Rs vs Ds.
An example of a downright absurd analysis is the alleged conspiracy that Trump tried to cheat an election by paying off stormy daniels but forgot to buy bookkeeping software that had "scandal bribe money" in a dropdown menu.
I didn't follow the story very closely. You can say Trump was over charged and the DA was really reaching to find something to charge Trump with, but there isn't a conspiracy.
Maybe, there a million ways to have a vulnerable election just like there are a million ways to have a fraudulent financial exchange system. They need to be designed carefully to be invulnerable to fraud to such an extent that ordinary rational citizens don't have serious doubts.

Honest rational people have known that since 400BC.
Right, you're only proving my point. Even if mail-in voting was done away with and every single voter had to show ID to vote, you'd STILL distrust the results because "they" and "them" are out there pulling the strings from the shadows to steal elections.
Even if that was true, she made a public post about it before the 2nd election. A fact in contradiction with your statement.
I don't know the timeline of when the post was made, when it was reported and when CA took action vs when the second ballot was rejected. The blurb I posted makes it sound like the second ballot was rejected because of the requirement to prove citizenship to vote in FEDERAL elections, which the 2022 election was. The blurb says nothing about Facebook posts or an investigation related to a Facebook post.

Proof of residence or identification is not required for citizens to register to vote in state elections nor is it required to cast a ballot in state elections. However, proof of residence and registration is required for first-time voters to vote in a federal election. As a result, the 2022 primary ballot cast in Maya Jean’s name was challenged and rejected.
You can't know that till you try a strong argument.
There's no such thing as a "strong argument" when you make up reality to reinforce what you want to believe.

I mean, the strongest argument for Pratt falling to third is math - LA County is only 18% registered Republicans. Given that fact, it would be fairly surprising for Pratt to make the final two.
You'll dismiss any source that tells you what you don't want to believe.
Not at all because I don't want to believe anything. I live in AZ and was very curious to see what, if anything, Cyber Ninjas found. It ended up being basically nothing, as I noted above. I don't want them to find nothing. I want to know the truth, either way.
A analyze all claims, and what I know for certain because of the motivations and dynamics of the situation that IF someone could pay homeless people for ballots, and they would themselves get paid per ballot, they WOULD absolutely do so en masse.
Yes, people could be out paying homeless people to vote, but one homeless person claiming they were paid doesn't make it true that homeless people ARE being paid en masse.

BTW, the person paying them to vote would be breaking the law, but that's not election/voter fraud. It's illegal, but the homeless person, if they are registered and legally able to vote, still have a right to vote and that vote should still count.
If they did so en masse, the evidence that would present to the public would be videos and stories just like this.
Yes, but we don't know if that druggy is even telling the truth. Given that basically every person in the country has a portable, video recording device in their pocket, you'd think that someone would have video of Person A paying Homeless Person B after Homeless Person B filled out their ballot.
I have already established the intentional blindness of left-tribe leadership in terms of election integrity.
You have not established any such thing.
The question then isn't "how do I prove this happened"
If you're intellectually honest, the question should absolutely be "how do I prove it happened" because, going back to 2015, Trump & the Far Right has made claim after claim after claim, alleging millions of illegal votes and not once has Trump or anyone on the Far Right provided the evidence. Like you, all we've gotten is ghost stories of nameless, faceless figures in the shadows, pulling the strings of election fraud.
it's "what could possibly have prevented it?"
A question you could answer, state by state, if you took the time to understand what's actually involved in election security.
Nothing. That's why I believe it.
You believe it because you've convinced yourself that all of your ghost stories are real life.
You call that "want to believe" but it's "have to believe" to be consistent with all other facts. Reality is consistent, and I absolutely reject propositions that don't fit. It's called rationality, try it sometime.
What facts are those? Where's the evidence for the mass fraud you and the far right are alleging?

AZ was at the center of the Far Right, stolen election conspiracy theories. That's why AZ Republicans paid millions to hire an independent firm to go through, ballot by ballot, to find the Chinese Bamboo ballots, the stacks of Biden only ballots, etc.

The "reality", as you call it, is that at total of 37 potentially illegal ballots were found. 37 out of 2.1 million.

So, where's the proof of your claims? Why didn't the movie 2000 Mules every ONCE show an actual "mule", meaning the same person at more than one ballot box? That was the claim, right? An army of mules are going from drop box to drop box. True the Vote bought the location data, they knew where they were going and when they were going there, PLUS they had millions of minutes of drop box security video but not once did they show the same person at more then one drop box.

Why do you think that is the case? They claimed up to 10k mules. They had millions of minutes of drop box security video. Showing multiple people at more then one drop box should have been a piece of cake, but they never showed ONE.

If the Dems are fixing the vote, why did Trump win? Why did Johnson and McConnell win? Why did they allow any Reds to win? Why are the TReds in charge of all 3 branches?

It was 37, not 35. Page 5 of the linked document below.
I wonder where I got 35?
Not sure what this is referring to either, but Republicans in AZ (which was apart of Trump's 2020 stolen election lie) paid millions for a full forensic audit....which ended up finding 35 "questionable" ballots. Not fraudulent. Not Chinese bamboo or counterfeit....just questionable.

Pointing out your lack of intellectual curiosity isn't a red herring.
Claiming that not mentioning inevitable insignificant candidates is a "lack of intellectual curiosity" is a red herring and poisoning the well.

I have and had zero interest in that fact because there are no mysteries, puzzles, or contradictions to resolve about it. You've already admitted that there was an update that included zero votes for Pratt and that it only happened once "a glitch".

The facts are not in contention, my inclusion of the claim in my incomplete list of evidence has been justified. Therefore my intellectual curiosity about whether you had a counter argument is now also exhausted. I have the answer, you don't.

You may or may not continue to attempt to gaslight me on this topic, they're your keystrokes to waste.

Making things up again.
Evasion

Anyone that has used technology knows that it glitches, lags, freezes, etc all the time. My work laptop shut down Chrome and Teams multiple times yesterday.
You know nothing of these matters. You are incapable of debating this assertion due to lack of background knowledge (or you do know and are lying), but I can explain how it could have been done which would make split updates impossible and I can also explain to you why the fact that it only happened once proves that it was not designed in a sensible way.

Just say the word.

Blockchain logs are your question.
Why weren't they mandated 20 years ago is my question to you.

A lack of them doesn't change anything about election auditing
When someone is cleaning the floor with a toothbrush, you can safely assume it's because someone wants it to take a long time.

When someone refuses to use clear and obvious solutions that would allow remote/early/digital voting without fraud, it is reasonable to assume it's because they either don't want remote/early/digital voting or they want fraud.

We know they have no problem with remote, early, or digital voting.

Oh, really? Can you provide some examples?
How about this one, that there are sex trafficking rings focused on providing underaged prostitutes to rich and influential global players?

I ridiculed and dismissed that one around 2011. I can update my heuristics fortunately.

I didn't follow the story very closely. You can say Trump was over charged and the DA was really reaching to find something to charge Trump with, but there isn't a conspiracy.
You just described a conspiracy, AND I was talking about the conspiracy the fake charges were, it was charges of conspiracy.

A conspiracy to charge someone with conspiracy.:|

Right, you're only proving my point. Even if mail-in voting was done away with and every single voter had to show ID to vote, you'd STILL distrust the results because "they" and "them" are out there pulling the strings from the shadows to steal elections
Putting words in my mouth proves nothing but that you're willing to strawman.

I never advanced the premise that elections are legitimate so long as there is no mail in voting. They are legitimate when outcome changing cheating can be ruled out as a possibility beyond a reasonable doubt.

Satisfying that requirement depends on the design of the election process and there are as many possible solutions as imagination and cunning allows. There are also an even greater number of systems which can never satisfy that requirement or could but in practice don't because people ignore the rules of the system.

The blurb I posted makes it sound like the second ballot was rejected because of the requirement to prove citizenship to vote in FEDERAL elections, which the 2022 election was. The blurb says nothing about Facebook posts or an investigation related to a Facebook post.
but you also implied a sequence of events which implied she would not have gotten away with if she had not publicly admitted it. That is false.

It remains possible and plausible that the fraud was only discovered because she admitted to it. It remains possible and plausible that the ballot would have been counted if she didn't admit to it. It remains possible and plausible that the ballot was counted in 2022.

I KNOW the infallible and paragons of honesty which are government middle management denied that it was counted, but they have every reason to lie as they have been caught lying countless times before.

Their word is as good as a cop's who turns off their bodycam, and for the same reason.

There's no such thing as a "strong argument" when you make up reality to reinforce what you want to believe.
Identifying possibilities is not "making up reality" and even if I did assert as absolute fact fabrications of my own design (which I have not except as thought experiment), it would not cause the concept of strong arguments to cease to exist.

I mean, the strongest argument for Pratt falling to third is math
I am not interested in explaining why Pratt fell to third or failed or any other outcome of purported elections.

I am interested in whether the outcome was rigged. Just because there were non-cheating ways someone could have lost, does not mean cheating does not exist or that it is acceptable.

Not at all because I don't want to believe anything.
All praise to the perfectly unbiased human ZenMode.

I live in AZ and was very curious to see what, if anything, Cyber Ninjas found. It ended up being basically nothing, as I noted above. I don't want them to find nothing. I want to know the truth, either way.
Then you should watch the court recordings about the misprinted ballots.

Yes, people could be out paying homeless people to vote, but one homeless person claiming they were paid doesn't make it true that homeless people ARE being paid en masse.
Not just "could", "would".

How many homeless people does it take to make it true? How many were asked? How many of those asked knew it was a crime and kept their mouth shut?

Answering those questions and questions like them is "analysis".

BTW, the person paying them to vote would be breaking the law, but that's not election/voter fraud.
Let republican mega-donors pay per vote (or not to vote) and see how you feel about it.

Yes, but we don't know if that druggy is even telling the truth.
We don't know if anyone is telling the truth without Corroborating hard evidence, and that is almost never in political controversy.

So 'we' either give up, lie (cough), or do fuzzy logic analysis such as looking at motivations and corroborating/contradicting corollaries.

So when you quote some election official's claims, and there is no hard evidence access (and there isn't because they block it), I am unimpressed when they investigate themselves and found no wrongdoing.

On the other hand, when someone answers a question that evidences them in a criminal conspiracy as if it's no secret, that tells you that person didn't know it was illegal or improper and is telling the truth because she sees no reason to lie.

Given that basically every person in the country has a portable, video recording device in their pocket, you'd think that someone would have video of Person A paying Homeless Person B after Homeless Person B filled out their ballot.
You'd think the same about drug deals, but they just keep getting drugs. Weird.

You have not established any such thing.
Blind denial

If you're intellectually honest, the question should absolutely be "how do I prove it happened"
No it isn't. I know that nobody prove it and that is proof that the system is not legitimate.

If I ask a bank for an audit of my account and they cannot provide it, I don't need a prove a damn thing. They had a duty to prevent theft and keep records and they failed.

Whether by astounding incompetence or malice it does not ultimately matter.

I have already proved this to you by thought experiment, you simply ignored it (probably because you aren't actually the only unbiased human in the universe).

A question you could answer, state by state, if you took the time to understand what's actually involved in election security.
I consider the odds of you knowing more about how elections are actually run than me to be about 1000:1.

What facts are those?
How about you review this thread and the hundreds of others like it on this site and others. You are not entitled to dismiss every individual clue as non-conclusive then reset the debate by asking for facts like there were none presented.

Somethings are known by smoking gun, others by a whole lot of smoke.

The "reality", as you call it, is that at total of 37 potentially illegal ballots were found. 37 out of 2.1 million.
Every single mail in ballot that wasn't canvassed or had the chain of custody breached is potentially illegal.

So, where's the proof of your claims?
Given and ignored by you.

Why didn't the movie 2000 Mules every ONCE show an actual "mule", meaning the same person at more than one ballot box?
It was about cellphone ad data, not dropbox cameras.

That was the claim, right? An army of mules are going from drop box to drop box.
From a stash of ballots to dropboxes, yes. Not always different dropboxes.

There are three possibilities:
1.) That the security cameras showed that the people who went near the drop boxes repeatedly did not actually drop anything off and the filmmakers ignored this contravening evidence. <-What you are implying is the only possibility, thus debunking the film's conclusion
2.) The filmmakers were not given access to all video footage
3.) Not all the ballot boxes were under surveillance, the cheaters would obviously choose to do repeated drops at locations which were not surveilled if they were competent.

If the Dems are fixing the vote, why did Trump win? Why did Johnson and McConnell win? Why did they allow any Reds to win? Why are the TReds in charge of all 3 branches?
There are two possibilities:
1.) The deep state is switching skin suits. They wore the bush admin before, they aren't above puppeting republicans. They let Trump win because he cut a deal with them. It would go something like this "We don't care what the hell you do so long as you start bombing countries with oil, also sell a bunch of weapons to Israel". The result would be... well exactly what's happening.

2.) There is a limit to swing achievable by cheating before even the inexhaustable faith of the left-tribe is shaken by the blatent evidence, i.e. "too big to rig".

So, this exemplifies your desire to believe in mass election conspiracies, despite a clear lack of evidence. A movie about Mules, according to the creators of the movie, are unable to show ONE mule. They are unable to show ONE mule despite having millions of minutes of video and location data for the mules. To an objective observer, this is a very important detail and damning for those claiming all these mules exist.

But, to you, it's nothing but a reason to make up excuses. Why do you make up excuses? Because you want to believe in mass election stealing and mass voter fraud and MULES despite the clear lack of evidence.

Our entire conversation has been you creating scenarios and excuses that allow you to keep believing what you want to believe, despite a complete lack of evidence.
Until you decide to look at things objectively, you will keep creating stories/narratives to keep yourself believing what you want to believe.

You're approach, as you mentioned earlier in this post, is to assume cheating until it can be proven that the cheating didn't happen. The problem is, there is no amount of evidence sufficient to prove to you that cheating didn't happen because you are imagination will always win out. You will always create the next excuse for why the cheating wasn't found, you will always have the next way that an election security measure could be circumvented, etc. There is no evidence more powerful or convincing than your imagination.

Nobody can help you but you.
FIFY.

The only part of your post that makes any sense at all. Look at the videos, graphs, math, the fact that there is no control over the mail-in ballots, the fact that CA is refusing to allow the Feds to look at the ballots, and the governor himself.

Bare assertion, ignored

Didn't seem to be a problem for E. Jean Carroll psuedojury.

That's a comment about the wild double standards about transparency of evidence between two political tribes, not a deflection. I don't need to deflect because you didn't make any other point than that you felt the movie makers were obliged to show you video of a mule before you believed them.

Yet I have shown you video of someone who claimed they were paid for a ballot (there were three actually) and you didn't give a fuck.

It is reasonable to assume that if they had shown a mule (someone who dropped off ballots more than once) you would have not given a fuck because "it's not actually illegal to make multiple trips" or "that's only one".

I didn't hold up 2000 mules as the epitome of transparent investigation, you brought it up, I simply said it hasn't been debunked and it has not. It remains one piece of non-conclusive evidence amongst thousands.

I will note that whatever under the hood data they failed to make available still pales in comparison to the absolutely zilch that election boards and administrators have made available for audit without being dragged through courts in the likely cheating hotspots. Again, double standards.

Why do you make up excuses?
Why do election officials lie on the stand?

Our entire conversation has been you creating scenarios and excuses that allow you to keep believing what you want to believe, despite a complete lack of evidence.
I think you're going to need to make a sock puppet of me to convince toddlers of this story.

Bare assertion, ignored
Ignored because you don't want to acknowledge it.
Didn't seem to be a problem for E. Jean Carroll psuedojury.
Ok. It has absolutely nothing to do with this discussion, because it is completely unrelated, but ok.

FYI... civil court has a much lower standard for evidence than criminal court, which is why OJ was found guilty in civil court and not guilty in criminal court.
That's a comment about the wild double standards about transparency of evidence between two political tribes, not a deflection. I don't need to deflect because you didn't make any other point than that you felt the movie makers were obliged to show you video of a mule before you believed them.
Yes. That's how evidence works. When the creators of a movie ABOUT mules and CLAIMING ten thousand mules exist, doesn't show one mule, is that not a problem? The answer is yes, it is a problem, for those who have any level of intellectual curiosity and appreciate evidence.
Yet I have shown you video of someone who claimed they were paid for a ballot (there were three actually) and you didn't give a fuck.
You showed ONE homeless person, who was recorded by a random Twitter user. That is your what you're basing your beliefs on? Really?
It is reasonable to assume that if they had shown a mule (someone who dropped off ballots more than once) you would have not given a fuck because "it's not actually illegal to make multiple trips" or "that's only one".
Yes and no. When you have a trillion GPS data points and millions of minutes of video, it seems logical to believe they should be able to produce more than one, though one is better than literally zero.
I didn't hold up 2000 mules as the epitome of transparent investigation, you brought it up, I simply said it hasn't been debunked and it has not. It remains one piece of non-conclusive evidence amongst thousands.
"I simply said it hasn't been debunked"

Exactly. As I mentioned at the end of my last post, you believe it, regardless of the evidence, until is proven false. Your imagination will prevent anything you want to believe from ever being proven false.
I will note that whatever under the hood data they failed to make available still pales in comparison to the absolutely zilch that election boards and administrators have made available for audit without being dragged through courts in the likely cheating hotspots. Again, double standards.
They claimed 10,000 mules and showed zero. They provided literally zero support for their claim.

That matters nothing to you because you will believe it until it's disproven, even if you are believing it on terrible, sparse evidence.
Why do election officials lie on the stand?
I'm not a mind reader and have no idea what you're talking about.

What is the relevance of one official lying?
