According to you. There are no statistics on the link between rape and Plan B use, but it is usually standard to give Plan B to anyone getting a rape kit done on them. For them, plan A was to say no, Plan B is plan B, prayer is plan C, and considering either abortion or keeping the pregnancy is plan D.

With falling pregnancy rates, we know that is false. If the preferred birth control had a 75% effective rate, we would be seeing rising pregnancy rates.

Most movies show conception as happening immediately after intercourse, that does happen rarely, but for the most part does not happen. The sperm hangs around for up to five days, and if the egg drops within those five days then conception happens. If within hours of intercourse, the egg can be cancelled or just delayed, then conception will not happen.
About a quarter of the cases where without Plan B conception would have happened, it has already happened even with Plan B, so Plan B does nothing. Three quarters of the cases have been caught in time.

It does not claim to be a study of the users of Plan B. It is a survey, not a clinical trial. You do not even seem to know what a clinical trial is. Surveys can be finicky things, especially when done on groups not eager to answer questions.
"Just saying no" fails somewhere between 100,000 and 500,000 times a year in the USA. That is far from 100% success.
