Now you can argue that by saying 'they could not find rape as they did not know for sure whether he used his penis and finger and thus they had to say 'sexual assault' via NYS statute' if you think that is a big win for Trump, but the Judge later made it clear when Trump tried to sue E Jean for saying he 'raped her' that the 'sexual assault' finding 'is indistinguishable from a 'rape finding' and in most States and the Federally Trump would have been found to have raped her as they did not have the outdated statute NYS did. Which is now fixed and also would call what Trump did, rape, if adjudicated today.
