Judge Orders Trump Administration to Answer for Tree Removals at D.C. Golf Course

So judges are arborists and know what trees need to be taken out now?

STFU, you fucking moron.
that today is the first day you learned and understood that judges are not and do not have to experts or even have base knowledge in an area to preside over a case, is the perfect encacipulation of who you are and your deep stupidity.

That until today you thought a judge and jury would be experts in cement types if they heard a construction case suing over concrete, etc, etc, is just astounding stupid of you but oh so consistent with who you show yourself to be.

Glad i educated you today.,

Again you get almost every fact wrong..

The plaintiffs didn't wait six years. Under federal law, you cannot sue an agency over a plan until they issue a Final Agency Action. The National Park Service (NPS) didn't finalize and start executing this specific phase of clear-cutting until recently, which is exactly when the plaintiffs legally filed.

so again Terry you spew lies about topics you have no clue. They could not sue a day or month prior to February 2026 and they filed instantly in February 2026.

At almost no instance do you get a point or fact correct.
stay on this issue.

this is election gold for dems.

seriously. it doesn't look petty. it makes you all heros.

hey stupid fuck.

Judges hear cases in every fucking area you simpleton. They do not need to be experts on deep sea issues and Oil field issues, and reflecting pool issues, and every other fucking thing to hear the case. The lawyers for each sides bring in experts and make the case before a judge of jury who typically has NO EXPERTISE in the area.

That is HOW THE FUCKING system works you mind worm idiot.
woah.

you're getting all kinds of out of hand.

you need to eat your own ass immediately.

Judges have ruled on the executive branch for over 200 years.

Sure they have, sparky.

Marbury provided the SCOTUS (and only the Supreme Court) the power of Judicial Review over executive actions to determine if they conflict with constitution. But that is a FAR cry from the judiciary - particularly district courts - which you believe are above appellate courts, the power to dictate the actions of the executive. All the judiciary - and really this should be restricted to SCOTUS - has the authority to do is review the constitutionality of an act.

I challenge you and this scumbag, scofflaw pile of shit, the dishonorable and corrupt Judge Reyes, to show us where the Constitution speaks of golf course renovations?

Which article or amendment addresses the number of trees permitted or required on a regulation course?

They won the contract on Friday night and then started work on Saturday?

Utterly nothing suggests that.

No doubt they won the contract months ago and were called Friday evening to start work the next day.

The problem is that NPS said they decided at the last minute to do this work. Not only that, NPS employees testified they have no idea what the cost is to do the work. A government contract with no cost analysis? That looks like corruption to me.

I'd take your word for the lack of Cost Breakdown, but to do so would be foolish.

You post what you think will tarnish the enemy of your party, not what is true or accurate.'
Most contractors don't have the capacity to have a crew out the next day. Yes large companies can move workers around but it usually costs to do that. If they are a union employer, they may be able to find union workers on short notice. This isn't just a crew. It requires moving large equipment into place.

You are creating a scenario that is not supported by fact or evidence.

You are painting a picture you believe supports your claims - that is based on nothing more than your desire to attack the enemy of your party.

Not only have I held a job I have managed large projects. You don't plan a project like this in one day's time. You don't start a project like this without knowing the cost. How do you manage a project if you have no parameters for what the cost is? Starting a project without a budget is incompetence at best but malfeasance if not outright corruption if you are experienced.

And?

Again, you are building a straw man that has no relation to the facts that are known.

yes. that's why injuntions need to be eliminated.

Because it's federal public land that doesn't belong to Trump and isn't his to do with as he pleases
It was the National Park Service that removed the trees,
Your summary is highly inaccurate and once again you get almost everything wrong Terry.

1. The NPS Did Not Comply With Court Orders
No court needs to be involved.
  • FACT: U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes explicitly ordered the Trump administration to provide the court with advanced notification before making any major structural alterations to the course. Specifically, she ruled that the government had to notify the court before cutting down more than 10 trees. [1, 2]
She has no authority in this matter.
