The only one fooled is someone that thinks the party that owns all three branches of govt is being defrauded in elections. Nobody ever made an issue out of this bullshit until the liar in chief showed calling fraud even before an election started. What party do you believe "owns" all three branches of govt? ... or do you simply not know what "owns" means?
Let's talk about tense, and how the past tense isn't the present progressive. I don't think you can find anyone who believes either:
1. Republicans are somehow being defrauded right now, as in "being defrauded" ... or ...
2. That Democrats somehow do not cheat to the fullest extent of their extremely refined craft and heavily developed cheating machinery.

That's after the first round of cheating. Don't forget that Lula's campaign is standard cheating leftist campaign. The country was, and is, close to 70% against Lula. Leftist dictators, however, never let the people get in the way of retaining power.
As you observed, a second round of cheating was still needed, so after the polls closed, Lula's campaign demanded three more hours to cheat, and Lula's buddy on the Supreme Court granted those extra three hours, and that is what was needed to push Lula "over the top" in a "surprise comeback."
You aren't going to say that none of that happened; instead you are going to acknowledge that all of that happened ... BUT ... and then you are going to insert some lame rationalization that somehow justifies the not-quite-sufficient first round of cheating as well as the necessary additional 3 hours of cheating after the polls had closed.
Why not cheat enough to win the first round?
