If she shows up on the first day of the new Congress she will be sworn in since all members present are mass sworn in after the election of the speaker and before any business can be conducted. There is no way for anyone to prevent an elected member from attending since the last Congress no longer exists.

She could resign which isn't likely or she could be arrested by Trump sycophants which while it may be more likely than her resigning no judge would allow them to hold her to prevent her from attending Congress.

Her age was first given at age 8 when she applied to immigrate to the USA. How would she know that 9 years later she would get citizenship at age 17? Why were all her siblings over 18 when they got their citizenship? It seems like impossible predictions, for a meaningless prize.
