16 more indictments in the nothing burger probe!

The President has that right - but it doesn't change the fact that the FBI conducts its own investigations, is independent of the executive branch and that Comey (or any FBI director) does not report directly to the President.
so you believe that Obama was completely unaware of the illegal activity the FBI was engaged in, even though it was financed by the DNC?......

start a thread on it......while you're at it remember it wouldn't have passed without 71 demmycrat votes............meanwhile, your attempt to divert attention away from the fact that Obama's administration is knee fucking deep in illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign isn't going to work......

Do you actually believe the stupid shit you post? The Obama administration is over. It was found he absolutely did not TAPP Trumps lines. Nor does the president get involved in FISA warrants. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-39172635

This is the kind of stuff we laugh about at work....the word smithing over bureaucratic and highly legalistic words.

Which, at the end of the day and in the grand scheme of things is, as you say, without much distinction.

Pretty sure the POTUS has authority to reveal classified information when it serves the strategic interests of the United States, or some higher goal. Undoubtedly, that is the intent of allowing the POUTS that privilege.

Trump was just standing around shooting the shit with some Russians, and randomly blabbing and blustering about our and Israel's intelligence capabilities.

All executive authority is vested in the POTUS. When bureaucrats make decisions about classified information, they do so as deputies of his authority.

I don’t know how you can say that.

They used an unverified Dossier to trick the FISA court *so they could surveil* people in Trump’s campaign. That may not be literally wiretapping but it’s awfully fricking close to it.

They should release the FISA warrant. Then we will really know for sure

I am sure that is what your rightwing "news" sources instructed you to believe, aka parrot.

You also spent significant time agreeing with trump that Russian interference in our elections was a "hoax", fake news, made up by the Democrats.

So I am not prepared to accept anything you claim at face falue.
ROFL. Russian collusion is bullshit.
The sooner you accept that truth, the sooner you will be set free from your delusions.

Or you can continue to cling to the hope Mueller has a Russian up his sleeve

Smarter people than me, including plenty of republicans, think what he did was a big mistake. I defer to their judgment.

This sums it up for me: " Foreign reaction was overwhelmingly negative. A top European intelligence official stated that sharing of intelligence with the United States would cease if the country confirms that Trump did indeed share classified information with Russia, because sharing intel with Americans while Trump is president could put their sources at risk."
yes. it was sharing a source without aquiesence from the source country.
But he did it for a REASON - to inform the Russians that ISIS was able to weaponize laptops..it was not "boasting"

Here's another great Andrew McCarthy article on the obstruction question. If you want to skim to the end, he does offer some neat insight into the executive powers of the president, but, he also ponders whether it's possible for a president to commit obstruction when only engaging in legal activities (i.e. Nixon offered illegal bribes and Clinton committed perjury).

Mueller has spent a lot of time on this, yet he was unable to find enough evidence to indict anyone named Trump. Yes it is a nothing burger.

By buying ads on facebook? That's against the law?
Of course I'm no lawyer so I don't claim to know and from the "lawyers" I've seen on this board I wouldn't use their opinion .

Read the indictment, that’s not what they’re charged with.
37 pages. I got better things to do with my time. It's one of many reasons I'm not a lawyer.
But I'd be grateful if you summarized it.
*crickets*
Did you bother to read it?

So unless Rump is indicted it’s a nothing burger... silly.

I am telling you man, it is fucking amazing how far Trumptards are willing to move the goal posts in their steadfast defense of their grossly overweight, orange colored Hero!
