By default since there was not much control of immigration at that time. But there is nothing in the 14th or naturalization laws that make a distinction between a child being born here who is the child of legal vs. illegal residents.

If Congress felt the 14th was being applied incorrectly it could have made that clear in later naturalization legislation but it remained those born here with no distinction between being legal or illegal.
 
You are a fucking dumbass, The first sentence does not say all people are citizens, read it again. It says all people who meet certain criteria are citizens.

And it's all based on the opening statement. These persons are citizens and the Article continues to address these persons.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;"

The Second Amendment was not meant to apply to AR-15's.

The second amendment applies to all arms. They didn't have any other intent. I am not advocating machine guns. As we saw in the 30's; that's a bad idea. But the founders did not place any limitations on the 2nd.

The loons on the left have attempted to amend (illegally) the Secomd Amendment for decades.

They continue to do so today.
 
Constitutional rights cannot be denied anyone because the Constitution prohibits government from restricting these rights. They cannot pass such a law--it makes no distinction between citizens and non-citizens.

Your example of illegals coming across the border and being deported do not involve any constitutional rights to be violated and due process was followed because it is determined in administrative or removal proceedings held in an Immigration Court.

Constitutional rights apply to citizens. Due process is used when ILLEGALS cross our borders ILLEGALLY.

A semi colon shows that the two are the same (in the Article's context) ;)
