ACLU says Kavanaugh is guilty until proven innocent.

If you take all the the Ford business out of this, he lied during these hearings repeatedly. And yup, to many that is no issue at all.

There is no time, no date, no location and no witnesses. So what, exactly, will the FBI be investigating? This should be the fastest FBI investigation in history.

They'll be investigating a background that they've never investigated. They've looked into Kavanaugh's background on six different occasions. Hell there's been thousands of investigative reporters trying to dig up crap on Kavanaugh and they found nothing. So, this leaves Ford. that's right there going to be investigating this Broad, and she's not likely prepared for it. She wanted it she's going to get it.

July 1, 1982 sounds like a good place to start, and the home of Kavanaugh’s friend. His very own calendar as evidence

A cute phrase that does not apply here whatsoever.

The difference is; this is a job interview, not a criminal trial.

The difference is as plain as the nose on your face.
when you are accused of gang rape this is past any "job interview" analogy
So why not call it what it was? A Congressional hearing.
everyone is entitled to a presumption of innocence from an accuser

Is "professional perjury" a thing yet?

... Ya know, like "felony stupid".

They are not trying to determine whether or not Kavanaugh should be sent to prison or not.
They are only trying to determine if he is fit to serve on the SCOTUS.
Can you see the difference now?

Gang rape does hurt job opportunities.

The only questioned that needs to be answered is whether or not he can properly apply the Constitution during court cases. I believe his record confirms that beyond any doubt.

Really? Cite some of those cases where all, equally qualified judges agree with his decisions.
