There is no law that prevents anyone from doing anything. For it to be preventative, people have to abide by those laws in place. Such laws are there and nearly all abide by them. You're equating a few very, very small number not doing so with those laws not being in place.

There is a way to know if you ask the right questions.

It's not that they reported the information they had, it's the way they reported it. The media was more than happy to put idiots like Kamalawhore Harris and Spartacus Booker on TV claiming what happened to Jussie was a modern day lynching. Since what the faggot black boy claimed was a lie, none of those claims were true. Where have Harris and Booker been claiming they were wrong? The media looked for idiots like that to make such claims yet run from looking for them same idiots to say they were wrong.

When the coverage by the media emphasized WHITES in MAGA hats, it pushed the anti white agenda. The media, and plenty of those the media put front and center, made it another anti white rant. They wanted what the black faggot said to be true. Anything else was unacceptable to them and it showed.

Well the press doesn't control what their guests say. And given what we knew, it sounded like it was a modern day lynching. It sounds like you think people should have assumed Jussie was lying.

While the media is anti-white, this specific case can't be blamed on the media. The kid was wearing a MAGA hat, what did you expect? And yeah, they probably did want what Jussie said to be true, because they get more material for propaganda, but they way they covered the story wasn't wrong.

Bullshit. If you sold that AR-15 to the parkland shooter a week before that shooting you would be liable for nothing. You are scot free just as the gun dealer was for selling it to him when multiple police records said he was mentally unstable. A background check could easily have uncovered that fact if it were truly a background check. The entire country heard about all those reports of his altercations with the law and his mental instability inside of 24-48 hours. How come the background check by the gun dealer didn't reveal that?

The parkland shooter was legally allowed to own one and should not have been based on what everyone found out inside of one day after the shooting. Tell me just how could someone have found out about the multiple times police said he was a fucking whacko? What question do you ask to find that out?

The press does control whether or not they continue to post such things. You knew nothing because what Jussie claimed didn't happen. Thanks for proving my point that the anti-white sentiment SOUNDED good so the media ran with it.

It makes them look worse by not admitting they were wrong and automatically believed it because the fake claims had the two key elements they wanted to be true. Again, the media can control that they continued to put those race pimps on TV.

The media should report facts not push propaganda. They pushed propaganda. The media tried to push an unsubstantiated claim as if it actually happened because that's the way they, deep down inside, wanted it to have happened. That's where they went wrong.

Those that allow those selling to know whether or not they should sell to a potential buyer and whether or not that potential buyer should legally own a gun.

All of those that legally purchased from me, according to my State's laws, didn't have to say a single word to answer the questions that needed to be asked.

The FBI had more than enough red flags to have gone to where he lived. It's not the guns fault those that should have done their job didn't do it. What you support is the same as preventing sober drivers from owning certain cars as a way to stop drunk driving.
