BREAKING: Active shooter situation reported at a high school in Arlington, Texas

Correct, guns have always been around, not like today though, as many guns out there as people. We have a history of high gun violence, but accessibility has never been as easy as it is today, one can even get a weapon on the Internet (https://www.armslist.com/), just accept the “terms of use” and you are on your way, Craigslist for guns

Simple reality, there are just too many guns in America and way too easy access to too many guns

So your argument is basically there would have been more school shootings in the past, instead of just fist fights, if they had more access to guns? So it's not that there was a change in the mindset of people, it is simply more guns available.

That does make sense. It's like damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I propose something like this:

Oh shoot! I cannot remember the name of the movie. It's where people walk through a yuge xray and they can see their skeletons and metals and all.

I looked again. Found it! This is the perfect solution.

Thank God for second amendment rights.

Second amendment rights had nothing to do with this.

Black kid shoots white kids. Leftie media will drop this story like Bill Clinton's pants with an intern in the room.

We had guns in our cars in school and this shit didn't happen. Stupid fucking millennials...

Yeah. I think I remember back in the 60's/70's where the high schoolers in Texas had racked guns in their pickup trucks at school parking lots. It was a nothingburger.

Please excuse my ignorance here as I'm not a gun guy. Archives argued it's access to guns that caused this. How easy was it to gain access to a gun when you were younger? Obviously the internet wasn't around to facilitate transactions like you can today. And I'm not asking this as a leading question trying to make a political point. I'm asking honestly as I don't know. Was it harder to get access to a gun back in the day?
