sure it does. the level of privacy simply coincides with whatever state you choose to live in. If the state you live in doesn't protect your right to privacy, work to change it. It's a lot easier to change a state constitution than it is the US constitution

yet you still do not see why some of us fought hard for our right to bear arms..........the only thing stopping government now is we the people and our determination to fight to keep our rights........YOU keep making that duty incredibly difficult and you seem to do it with pride.
 
There is no Constitutional right for same sex marriage either.

The Supreme Court has overturned precedent dozens of times in the past 60 years, including when it struck down legal segregation.
