Legal abortion violates the Christian faith of some. Allowing bikinis probably violates the Islam faith.

We have no protection against being offended. I can cuss your faith, your race, your appearance, and anything else. Those are all protected freedom of speech.

Legal abortion does not violate the Christian faith. They do not have to have abortion. See the difference? I am sure you do.

Allowing bikinis also does not violate the Islamic faith. They do not have to wear them.

And yes we have the First Amendment right to say anything we want to and we also have the right not to listen to others. If they are offended, then too bad. Don't listen.

I understand. But we have no protection against having our faith violated. Jews can always get an abortion before the cut-off date or travel to another state.

There is at least one lawsuit filed claiming the FL law violates religious freedom of Jews. The court could make an exception for Jews in FL as it has done in a few other cases.

Again, they do not have to challenge it. We are in a secular country. That means everyone is free to their religious faiths.

SCOTUS codified Jim Crow laws and they were ultimately ended by legislators in the civil rights act. This court acted appropriately by saying we don't have the power to regulate abortion and threw it back to elected legislatures where it should have been all along. Even Ruth admitted that.

What the decision repealed was SCOTUS having the power to regulate abortion. It did not repeal choice. It put law making back where it belongs with legislatures. Democrats could have passed a carbon copy of Roe Wade but chose to propose an anything goes right up until birth law they knew couldn't pass because they want political turmoil.
