No, it wasn't an ad hominem attack. The poster was (I believe) alluding to Critical Race Theory (CRT). CRT rejects the validity of the European Enligtenment's rationality, logic, empiricism, the scientific method, reasoned debate , use of the dialectic in discourse, Newton's mathematical Calculus etc; The Critical Race Theorists claim these epistemic tools are all inherently instruments of White oppression The Enlightenment philosophers/scientists of the 17th and 18th centuries were all White, Western/Northern, European males. CRT argues that these modes of thought/reasoning were primarily and intentionally developed to enable White European males, who believed they were the superior race, to continue oppressing and persecuting Blacks and other people of colour and thereby safeguard their monopoly on (political) power.


(NB: Woke ideology has its roots in Critical Race Therory and some postmodern theory).

If you are putting someone in a police car from the driver's side, why would you open the passenger side?

At 2:38 in this video you see an officer open the passenger door on the squad. Floyd is pulled out through that door.

I reckon you'd end up behind bars for sure.
