How to handle confrontational liberals.

Trespassing on private property.

Speculation is useless, Bigdog, since the woman fled before police arrived.

That's certainly a possibility, as is Virginia § 18.2-415, disorderly conduct in public places. But we'll never know.

None. She chose to be a disruptive customer and left after the owner started to ring the police. Happens all the time. Especially in barrooms.

It seems likely that she knew she was in danger of arrest if she'd stayed, doesn't it?

If I'd said there was no difference, DEMOCRAT, you'd have a point.

Since I didn't, you don't.

Loser.

:rofl2:

Help Legion out, everyone. Try to explain to him the difference between:

1) “Legion is illiterate AND stupid.”
2) “Legion is illiterate OR stupid.”

(Don’t tell him number 1 is the correct answer. Let him guess!)

When did I quote you and claim it as my own, DEMOCRAT?

I'll understand if you don't know.

Loser.

:rofl2:

Sad little fucktard is now turning to absolute lies.

“Legion is illiterate AND a liar.” No “or” necessary.

Have you been around to try to piss in my water supply yet, stalker?

You don't know, and I understand.

It is a business open to the public. Try again.

The owner of the private property asked her to leave. She refused, he called the cops. She was trespassing on private property at the point she refused to leave.

Really? You think the owner of a business premise cannot file trespassing charges against someone who refuses to leave when asked? Who told you that, Mature Masturbator?

See Bigdog, this why I advised against speculation.

Nonsense. You right wing snowflakes are so easily offended. She called Bannon a "piece of trash" (which he is), and the store owner is going to call the cops? Give it a break. If it had not been Bannon the guy would never have noticed. However, we have to protect the sniveling right wing snowflakes.

Where did you get those fanciful notions, Mature Masturbator?

The article cited in the OP says nothing about any reaction from Bannon at all.

You just made that story up, didn't you?

Hey childlike dog dick, you have to have a legitimate complaint. Calling one a "piece of trash" is not "disorderly conduct", and she would never have been arrested.

How do you know that, Mature Masturbator? What an imagination you have. Must come in handy when you get a grip on yourself.

It's a moot point since she fled the scene after the owner called police.

No question. When the owner of a business requests a customer to leave due to disruptive behavior and that customer refuses, that's trespassing. So she knew at that point she was trespassing and skee-daddled.

Old Fapper the Mature Masturbator says that's not true. Maybe he's been watching old Perry Mason reruns at the old folks' home while strokes his limp member under the covers and thinks he's a TV lawyer. :rofl2:

Probably not but at minimum she would have been escorted out of the bidness establishment. If she resisted she'd be arrested, no doubt.

It's never a good idea to resist. I can think of several additional charges that could apply, like § 18.2-416 Virginia Code.
