Judge Orders Trump Administration to Answer for Tree Removals at D.C. Golf Course

Utterly nothing suggests that.

No doubt they won the contract months ago and were called Friday evening to start work the next day.
If the contract was won then why does NPS have no idea the amount of the contract? At this point you are just making shit up.
I'd take your word for the lack of Cost Breakdown, but to do so would be foolish.
You don't have to take my word. You could go look at the testimony in court on the 12th.
You post what you think will tarnish the enemy of your party, not what is true or accurate.'
Yet you can't point to a single thing I said that was not true. You only claim it MIGHT have been something else.
You are creating a scenario that is not supported by fact or evidence.

You are painting a picture you believe supports your claims - that is based on nothing more than your desire to attack the enemy of your party.
That's funny. So you are saying the pictures of heavy equipment removing trees is a figment of my imagination?
And?

Again, you are building a straw man that has no relation to the facts that are known.
What facts are known? Clearly you are ignorant of the testimony in court on Monday.

The National Park Service supervisor and the Deputy Director of the National Park service who authorized the work have no idea what the cost is.

Just so you know, all that speculation by you and @T. A. Gardner about how this was work being done by contractors may just be fantasy on your part. If the testimony is accurate, the work is being done by National Park Service employees.

You can sue if you don't like the shape of someone's nose on their face.
Big hairy deal.

You cannot sue a branch of government.
Why do you hate the US Constitution? The Constitution gives the courts the power over any time the government is sued.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;-

I really don't care who is doing the work. My point was, and is, this judge overstepped her authority in micromanaging this project.

Now look up what The National Park Service is. 😆
I'll help ya out here.
"The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) is an essential part of the executive branch of the U.S. government, responsible for managing and conserving the nation’s natural resources and cultural heritage. Established on March 3, 1849, the DOI emerged to address various domestic duties as federal responsibilities expanded. Today, it oversees significant land and resource management activities through its nine major bureaus, including the Bureau of Land Management, which manages vast federal lands, and the National Park Service, responsible for maintaining numerous national parks and historical sites."

As expected, your "evidence" is from a sleazy leftist hate site. McFarlane has ZERO credibility, nor does the MeidasTouch hate site. McFarlane who was FIRED from CBS because he is a leftist tool who distorts and fabricates stories.

As legitimate sources have already noted, the contract is "Cost Plus" - an extremely common type of contract. McFarlane is a fraud, as are you. Both of you once again engaging in demagoguery and slander - which is literally ally you do.

Did she go to the golf course and point to which trees couldn't be cut down?

She is doing her job in ruling on a lawsuit and requiring the status quo continue since 50 year old trees can't be regrown if illegally removed. The NPS witnesses said there was no reason for the trees to be cut down immediately.

If the plan was six years old, why can't it wait 2 more weeks? Answer that question.

You might want to reread that and look up words you don't seem to understand, such as managing and conserving. It doesn't mean destroying and tearing down.

Reporting on what happened in court isn't a lie. Multiple news services have reported the same thing.

It seems being in a cult makes you think you can just deny reality when it doesn't agree with your delusions.

What source told you that the removal of trees was a "Cost Plus" contract?

Are you accusing witnesses of lying to the court? Perjury is a crime.

Isn't it funny that libturds think anyone who disagrees with them is uneducated? Pee Pee is a prime suspect...
Rusty each time you speak you prove you are poorly educated.

And that is because you are incapable of understanding that it is not me who thinks that of you... it is this guy who RECOGNIZED it in you...

Here is mocking you for being a gullible easy mark...

Here he is mocking you for having no ethics or moral core...

And despite the above Rusty you will read it and NOT understand it. You will again say it is me saying it and not Trump saying it. You do not understand you are calling Trump the libturd. And that is because you are poorly educated.

ya but that is a stupid point proved wrong already.

The judge in no way has micromanaged this project.

She got a simple agreement from the gov't in the way all courts do in such a position and the gov't violated it.

The Constitution is over and Trump does not give a fuck about the law.

This is a guy who openly says he wants to be the next Genghis Khan....I mean come on.

The real question is why did it take the NPS over six years to get to a point where they started removing these trees? Like any larger project in the US today, it seems that the legalities and bureaucracy are so out-of-control that nothing gets done anymore.
