Jacob Blake, the 29-year-old black man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday, was wanted on charges of sexual assault, among others, according to the Associated Press.
The AP reported Monday:
Online court records indicate Kenosha County prosecutors charged Blake on July 6 with third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct in connection with domestic abuse.

Fleeing felon rule
At common law, the fleeing felon rule permits the use of force, including deadly force, against an individual who is suspected of a felony and is in clear flight.[1]
Fleeing Felon rule is justification for shooting you seven times in the back.
"Under U.S. law the fleeing felon rule was limited in 1985 to non-lethal force in most cases by Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1. The justices held that deadly force "may not be used unless necessary to prevent the escape and the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious bodily harm to the officer or others."

Fleeing troll rule is justification for writing stupid shit all day long, thousands of posts per day, all dumb as shit bait and racist to the core like my dumb ass.
All true. I agree that Blake shouldn't have been allowed to flee the scene, but he hadn't left yet or even sat in the car seat much less started it and put it into gear. The officer appeared to be quick on the trigger and trigger happy by shooting seven rounds into Blake with the last 3-4 on a slumped body.
I'm a little bitch that was always picked on and has an anti-victimization mentality. Now hear me constantly roar about black victims never being allowed that status because waahhhhh.
Fleeing away at high speed in a car is probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious bodily harm to the officer or others
You two go well together like peanut butter and jelly, alcohol and bad decisions, or strippers and glitter. You two should get a room, braid each other's hair and share your dreams.
No he won't the shooting was justified under the law.If necessary, yes, but there's a line on that. The courts will figure it out. I'm sad for Blake's family and I'm sad for the shooting officer because his career is now not only ruined but he'll probably go to jail.
But he wasn't speeding away at high speed. The danger has to be imminent---not something that could happen. Probable cause means facts, not suspicion or conjecture.

dont take it out on me because you cant find the key to your mobility scooter
So a guy walking toward a Walmart with an AR15 and a belt loaded with bullets ...and is refusing police commands to stop...should not be shot?
Keep in mind he hasn't pulled the trigger yet on his AR15...but ""COULD"" once in Walmart..it would pure conjecture that he is going to open fire in Walmart
No he won't the shooting was justified under the law.
So u let him get in car and floor it...then shoot
No, but I'd at least let him stick the key in the ignition before I put two in his head.
