Oath Keepers CEO Stewart Rhodes

so you agree the next time blm and antifa riot... they should be shot down... got it

Sure do! I have no use for looters or rioters. They should place snipers on roofs and when a looter comes out of a store with a tv in his hand he should be gunned down and left there as a message to the next asshole thinking it's ok. BLM and Antifa aren't democrats, they aren't liberals, they are fucking criminals just like the Trump supporting assholes who stormed the capitol.

why don't you dickheads admit how awful that shit was, and how chickenshit repubs are for not prosecuting it and investigating it more thoroughly, some claiming it was no big deal. fuck you chickenshits.

???....how are the Republicans keeping you from prosecuting Rhodes or anyone else?.....why are you pretending you aren't currently investigating it backwards, forwards, right side up and (mostly) upside down.....

so stupid you ignore facts as they are smacking you right across your huge gaping piehole. carter page was a russian stooge, stupid. of course there was russian collusion, of course trump tried to bribe Ukraine to investigate the bidens for his own political gain, of course there were at least 5 slam dunk obstruction of justice charges against trump- even fox legal expert Judge Nappy agreed!!

your stupidity is sad but not unexpected......

As usual ... passing flatus out your face.

Do you mean ALL BOTH OF THEM ... President Richard Nixon made an address to the American public from the Oval Office on August 8, 1974 when he resigned ... thus endeth today's history lesson for you ... pity you NEVER learned that in school.

AND AS I SAID BEFORE ... THE DIMS KEPT ON RIDING THAT PONY

For someone who raised this argument you seem to know not much about it. Nixon held on for dear life and only resigned after Republican senators met with him and told him he was certain to be removed from office if he did not resign. Pity you never learned that.

They go to great efforts to keep random US Attorneys from stepping on each others cases. Double jeopardy means that if one attorney jumps the gun, that could destroy the case. These are professionals, so they rarely make that mistake. It is a career ending mistake, and if there is any evidence that it was done to cover up a crime, could end in criminal charges.

Rhodes was smart enough to keep far away from the crime scene. He meticulously kept far away from the Capitol Building, realizing it would be illegal to enter the building. That makes it difficult to indict him; for those who do not know, difficult is the opposite of easy. What is needed is testimony of his co-conspirators, which will hopefully be secured as they face criminal charges.

Weak, but you gets points for making an actual effort.

They have [or had] his phone and no doubt all his other communications where Rhodes planned and coordinated the disruption. Whatever label you want to put on the riot/insurrection, planning it and then pulling it off is a federal crime and any planning and coordination constitutes a conspiracy to commit a federal crime.

Rhodes didn’t need to be inside the Capitol. They can indict him, today. The question is what they are waiting on when there are at least couple good reasons to indict him, now, and zero good reasons not to. If nothing else, he’s a flight risk. What if he gets out of the country while the feds are pissing around on it?

you poor fucking liberal....

The investigation is over. All one has to do is watch that video to tell the shooting was totally justified.

I saw an unarmed woman shot through the neck as she was climbing through a window. She was the only person shot. In fact, the ONLY homicide victim in The Great Insurrection was a veteran and a Trump supporter.

Why can’t we see the details to the investigation?

Didn't you post they were BLM or Antifa?

The Republicans are blocking an investigation but the House is moving forward on one. Expect the results in 6-12 months.

They should hope to come up with something a little more beefy besides disruption of official proceeding, destruction of property and trespassing or it will get run over by other events. The democrats and Trump haters have bought into their own conspiracy theory [imagine lol!] thinking that the conspiracy goes beyond the Oath Keepers and you know how often conspiracy theories pan out.

In fact, democrats have to be something like 0-4 or 0-5 with their Bad Orange Man theories by now lol. Slow learners, I guess.

But that’s why I advocated against *further investigation* of it. It’s already being investigated; there’s likely no there, there, to it and democrats just wanted something else to politicize and use against the MAGA movement.

But after recent revelations I’ve changed my mind. It’s entirely plausible it wasn’t an intelligence failure but an intelligence operation.

And wouldn’t that be something.

The normal method of getting a conspirator who did not actually participate in the crime is to round up the actual participants and then get them to testify against him.

STFU YOU NAZI POS...

Wow, a lot of anger coming from the alt right.

Rhodes was not in the Capitol Building, so was not a direct participant in whatever crimes happened there. He was probably an indirect participant, a co-conspirator. This case will be tough to make, and may not be able to be made. Rhodes may well get away with what he did.
