I don't have access to the full text, but the abstract doesn't seem to support your statement. It says they found genetic diversity among indigenous populations within Mexico. It also says that there's a pre-Columbian genetic substructure to be found in the indigenous ancestry of mixed individuals. But none of that supports the statement. If you have access to the full study, could you copy and paste the bit that supports your claim?
