I checked. Not available in the Maricopa County / Glendale / Phoenix / Peoria public library system. That aside, I can't mark up a library book with notes in the margins like I can with a personal copy.
 
Okay. I just bought a copy for $30. No biggie. It'll be delivered in two days. I'll revisit this thread and put up the utter dreck this Leftist wrote in detail and why he's an utter and complete tool, not to mention moron.
