Any finances tied to the candidate. If the spouses filed separately, I wouldn't object even though there can be room for some creativity in the tax returns. Still, it's not enough to matter IMO.

It would have to apply to all including all other reps. Again, I'm advocating this only on the Federal level. What the States do is up to them just like how they handle criminals in their states.

If that's true then why didn't Trump send in the National Guard? Use the FBI to arrest them? AFAIK, they only defended Federal buildings, which is within Federal jurisdiction.

I love watching trump and his demented son talk on TV and news how he is such a nice guy for giving away 1.7 million in compensation without taxing it. They are still in fairytale world where they think all they have to do is convince their base and they will be fine. This is a court of law and they don't give a shit what your demented base thinks, you broke the fucking law and you are all but admitting to it on live TV.

Maybe everyone should get their employer to just pay their mortgage for them and then just reduce their paycheck accordingly so they don't have to pay tax on that portion! If the CEO makes $500,000/yr just buy him a $500,000 yacht each year and he won't have to pay any taxes! That's a great idea but it's fucking illegal, it's blatant tax evasion. If trump is such a rich guy that means he should be paying ~35% in taxes. That means that at a minimum trump org flat out stole about $600,000 from the American taxpayer and his fucking stupid base is cheering him on for doing so.

Then why are the Republicans against investigating it? One guess is that the police officer who shot Babbitt as she breached a final barrier was protecting prominent Congressional reps, including Republicans and maybe even Pence himself.

BTW, I'm a Libertarian and consider both the Republican and Democratic parties to be too extreme, too authoritarian and only serving themselves, not the Constitution.
