The argument has been made on this board multiple times that school's were "fully funded" in the '50's as opposed to today.

Ok, let's take a look at that. Most school were segregated in the '50's. And we know black schools weren't "fully funded". So if you are making the argument that schools were "fully funded" at that time you are saying it was only the white schools.
