Registration procedures is not a strawman fallacy, Poorboy. Fallacy fallacy.Lovely straw man. Why can't you argue against my actual position? Registering to vote is not voting.

So you can't or won't answer the question. AGAIN If people aren't asked to prove who they are when they vote how do you know the problem is miniscular?You don’t, but given voter fraud is minusculer why would you take away a person’s right to vote
So who do I show my ID to when I "bear" my arms? When am I "bearing" my arms? You can run from the question if you like but it's weakAnd you are simply proving your ignorance of what a right is.
The right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed in the second amendment. Keeping and bearing has nothing to do with purchasing. Purchasing is simply something you do prior to exercising the right. The actual right is the act of keeping and bearing arms.
The right to vote is the right most mentioned in the US Constitution. 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th amendment. Registration is something you do prior to exercising the right. The actual right is the act of voting.
Having a background check is necessary to determine if you can buy a gun that you can later bear. Showing ID to do both is absurd. Why do you think one right guaranteed in the Constitution requires ID to exercise but the other one doesn't.Registering to vote is necessary to determine what elections you can vote in. Showing ID to do both is reasonable. Not showing ID to do either is the absurd point of view.
I see you are determined to provide more evidence you have no brain.Registration procedures is not a strawman fallacy, Poorboy. Fallacy fallacy.
This is where we get to see how ignorant and unable to think things through you on the right are. If you say that rights guaranteed in the Constitution require an ID before they are exercised then it applies to all rights in the Constitution. A Democratic Congress could then pass a law requiring you to show ID to a designated official before leaving your house with a gun. Your state could then place that official where they want to including only in blue areas of the state. You would then have to leave your house, drive 50 miles to see that official and get a slip from them authorizing you to carry for that day. You would then have to drive home to get your gun. You would have to do that every day. Maybe if you are lucky, they might let you carry your gun locked up in your trunk while you drive to see the official.So who do I show my ID to when I "bear" my arms? When am I "bearing" my arms? You can run from the question if you like but it's weak
Denial of realityNot a given.You cannot make any evidence of Democrat election fraud disappear, anchovies.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know, all innuendo and circumstantial “evidence” that has been litigated, reviewed, investigated, probed, researched, scrutinized, analyzed, and examined, and all found bogus, nothing from nothing leaves nothingWon't work, anchovies. You can't make the evidence of Democrat election fraud just disappear.
* mathematical improbability
* videos of election workers filling out ballots and running them through the machine multiple times.
* changing election law ex-post-facto.
* changing election parameters without the authority to do so.
* signed affidavits attesting to election fraud.
* counting after hours with no observers present.
* machines mysteriously failing in republican held districts.
* people going in to vote and finding they already 'voted'.
* dead people 'voting'.
* out of jurisdiction voting.
* illegal aliens registered to vote and voting.
* demonstrable bugs in voting tabulators allowing fraudulent access.
* choosing electors without authority.
* conflict of interest problems, including an election officer running for office in that election.
* failure to conform to federal law.
* election officers overruling a state's authority.
I could go on, but you deny history anyway.
Because it has never been found to be anything but miniscularSo you can't or won't answer the question. AGAIN If people aren't asked to prove who they are when they vote how do you know the problem is miniscular?
Laws cant pose an undue burden on citizens. Driving 50 miles to get a slip is an undue burden dipshit. Getting an ID is not an undue burden, pinheadThis is where we get to see how ignorant and unable to think things through you on the right are. Because it has never been found to be anything but miniscular
“Our elections already include multiple layers of security — from registration verification and signature matching to ballot tracking and post-election audits. Studies of U.S. elections have consistently found that voter fraud is extremely rare, estimated at 0.0025%. And the small number of cases that do occur are often paperwork issues and almost never involve someone impersonating another voter at the polls, meaning strict voter ID laws would do little to prevent them”

The first link doesnt even come close to answering the question dumbassBecause it has never been found to be anything but miniscular

Mantra 1a. Lame.I see you are determined to provide more evidence you have no brain.
Sure it does, as do all the others, and there are plenty more, all showing that voter ID fraud is so rare that it is nearly nonexistentThe first link doesnt even come close to answering the question dumbass
No it doesnt because it doesnt address the the problem which is people dont have to prove who they are when they actually vote. Have you ever voted in Massachusetts?Sure it does, as do all the others, and there are plenty more, all showing that voter ID fraud is so rare that it is nearly nonexistent
Face up to the facts
Really? An undue burden is what? Having to travel over an hour to vote is OK but an hour of travel is a burden for other rights?Laws cant pose an undue burden on citizens. Driving 50 miles to get a slip is an undue burden dipshit.
The Constitution disagrees with you. You can't charge money to have to vote. It's right there in the 24th amendment.. Which ID is free? Having an ID for other purposes does NOT equate to a free ID.Getting an ID is not an undue burden, pinhead
Buzzword fallacy. Go learn what 'reality' means.Denial of reality
Denial of history. Cliche fallacy.Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know, all innuendo and circumstantial “evidence” that has been litigated, reviewed, investigated, probed, researched, scrutinized, analyzed, and examined, and all found bogus, nothing from nothing leaves nothing
It seems you have never once voted if you think people don't have to identify themselves when voting. You are under penalty of law when you identify yourself to vote. If people were illegally claiming to be other people there would be evidence of that. People would show up to vote and be told they had already voted. It doesn't happen because the penalty is far greater than any benefit. You are basing your argument on non existent facts and speculation.No it doesnt because it doesnt address the the problem which is people dont have to prove who they are when they actually vote. Have you ever voted in Massachusetts?
No one has to travel over an hour to vote. Being a drama queen isnt a rational argument.Really? An undue burden is what? Having to travel over an hour to vote is OK but an hour of travel is a burden for other rights?

Inversion fallacy.This is where we get to see how ignorant and unable to think things through you on the right are.
The Constitution does not provide any rights.If you say that rights guaranteed in the Constitution
Voting is not a right.require an ID before they are exercised then it applies to all rights in the Constitution.
You are ignoring the 2nd and 4th amendments again.A Democratic Congress could then pass a law requiring you to show ID to a designated official before leaving your house with a gun.
You are ignoring Article I, the 14th amendment, and all State constitutions again.Your state could then place that official where they want to including only in blue areas of the state.
You are ignoring the 2nd amendment again.You would then have to leave your house, drive 50 miles to see that official and get a slip from them authorizing you to carry for that day.
